Residents

Welcome to Trophy Club!  We’re glad you’re here and we look forward to providing water, sewer and fire service to you in your new home.  If you can’t find the information you’re looking for in these pages, please contact us and let us know how we can help.

ESTABLISH NEW SERVICE

Please call the Utility Billing Office at 682-831-4682 at least one business day before your closing or move-in date to request service so that we may schedule a meter read.  You will be billed for the water used after that time.

Make arrangements to come to the office before your closing or move-in date to complete the account set-up and pay a deposit.  To establish water service we require the following:

A completed Service Agreement for Trophy Club Municipal Utility District No. 1 (for District and out-of-district residents) or Town of Trophy Club Public Improvement District (for PID residents).
A copy of your drivers’ license
A deposit by cash or check only ($75.00 for owners, $150.00 for lessees).  Checks should be made payable to Trophy Club MUD No. 1.  We cannot hold cash for future start dates.

Note:  If the current owner discontinues service and we do not have the completed paperwork and deposit when the meter is read, the water will be turned off.

If you currently live in Trophy Club and are moving to a new address please follow the instructions above – we do require a new account for each home.  The deposit on the account for your existing home will be credited on your final bill, and any balance will be refunded to you by check and sent to your forwarding address.

DISCONTINUE SERVICE

If you are moving out and wish to disconnect service, please call us at 682-831-4682 at least one business day prior to the disconnect date.

NOTICE REGARDING SEWER SERVICE

At their meeting on August 18, 2015, the Board of Directors temporarily suspended the approval of any new sewer service commitments.  Due to growth in the community and significant delays to the planned improvements to the wastewater treatment plant, the District will continue to honor existing commitments but will not approve any new commitments for sewer service at this time.  For more information please see the notice provided to the Town Manager.

Thank you for choosing Trophy Club for your new project!  To obtain water service for a new area, please submit a completed packet to the District office at 100 Municipal Drive, Trophy Club, TX 76262.  This packet should include:
