About

Since 1975, the Trophy Club Municipal Utility District No. 1 (“The District”) has provided water and services to the Trophy Club community. Today, the District provides water, wastewater, and fire protection services within the Town of Trophy Club and a portion of the Town of Westlake.

The District is overseen by a five-member Board of Directors who are elected by qualified voters of the District. The Board is responsible for establishing water and wastewater rates, fees, and taxes to ensure the maintenance of the District's infrastructure, facilities, and services for its customers.

The Board of Directors has identified six key strategic focus areas that serve as the foundation for all District activities. The strategic plan emphasizes the District’s dedication to customer service, transparency, integrity, financial responsibility, system resiliency, and safety.
