Start/Stop Service
Trophy Club Municipal Utility District No. 1 provides water, wastewater services and funding for fire service to the Town of Trophy Club and portions of Solana in Westlake. The Utility Billing Department also bills for trash, recycling and storm drain fees on behalf of the Town of Trophy Club.
To start water service, we require the following:
- A completed Start Service Agreement
- A copy of your driver's license
- A $100 deposit prior to the start of service
The Start Service Agreement may be completed online prior to your move-in date. Deposits may be paid online, or by check or cash. Checks should be made payable to TCMUD and may be mailed or brought in person to 100 Municipal Dr, Trophy Club, TX 76262.
Please complete the Service Agreement at least one business day before your closing or move-in date to request service so we may schedule a meter read and turn on the water.
If you currently live in Trophy Club and are moving to a new address within the town, you will need to complete a new Start Service Agreement to establish service at your new home. We require a new account and separate deposit for each address. Any remaining credits from your previous deposit will be refunded by check and mailed to your forwarding address.
If you are moving and need to disconnect your water service, please complete a Stop Service Request at least one business day prior to your requested disconnect date and provide a forwarding address. If a request is received after 3:00 p.m., the service disconnection will occur on the next business day. Disconnections are conducted Monday through Thursday. The District does not process service disconnections on Fridays.
Paying your utility bill is easier than ever with automatic bank draft. Sign up for automatic bank draft by completing the Bank Draft Agreement online. Auto draft may take up to two months to go into effect.
If you would like to cancel your automatic bank draft, please complete the Cancel Auto Draft Form and send it to ub@tcmud.org. Please provide a minimum 30 days notice for cancellation.

Thank you for choosing Trophy Club for your new project. To obtain water service for a new area, please submit a completed packet to the District office at 100 Municipal Dr., Trophy Club, TX 76262. This packet should include:
Non-Standard Service Application- Completed Non-Standard Service Application
- Check to TCMUD for $2,500
- Three sets of plans
