Please help us congratulate Taylor Tovar on her promotion to Staff Accountant with the District. Tovar has worked for the District since September 2017. She was hired as a Utility Billing Clerk, was promoted to Senior Utility Billing Clerk and promoted again in 2023 to Utility Billing Supervisor.

As Staff Accountant, Tovar will ensure the District remains in fiscal compliance with all State and Federal regulations by performing a variety of accounting functions on a daily, weekly and monthly basis. She will also assist with budget preparation, capital project accounting and asset inventory/depreciation.
